Orders & Products

You can shop directly through our website by adding your favorite items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

Orders can be modified or canceled within a short period after placement. Once your order is processed for shipping, it cannot be changed.

If an item is out of stock, you can place a pre-order to reserve it. Pre-orders may take extra delivery time but come with a special discount as a thank-you for your patience.

Other governorates: 3–4 working days

Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

Currently, NINOS ships within Egypt only.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive an SMS or phone call from our delivery partner to schedule delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if it meets our return conditions (unused, with original packaging and tags).

We provide home pickup service for all returns. A prepaid return label is included in your package — simply follow the steps indicated and our courier will handle the rest.

To ensure product availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and requesting a refund for your return.

A small fee equal to the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Payments & Refunds

We accept cash on delivery and other secure online payment methods (depending on availability in your area).

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping, gift wrapping, and international import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Account & Privacy

You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to track your orders, manage returns, and receive exclusive offers.

Your data is securely stored and encrypted using SSL technology (256-bit). We never share your information with third parties except as required to process your order.

Yes, you can log in to your NINOS account at any time to update your address, phone number, or password.

Stores & Customer Service

We currently have six branches across Egypt — including Nasr City, Zahraa El Maadi, Helwan, Hadayek Helwan, New Cairo, and Sheikh Zayed.

Our stores are open from Sunday to Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and from Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Customer service operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (except Fridays).
