Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

At NINOS, your satisfaction is our priority.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Please note that the returned items must reach us within this period.



Home Pickup Service

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we are pleased to offer a home return pickup service for all customers whose items meet our return policy conditions.
A prepaid return label is included with every order to simplify the process.



Exchanges

To ensure you receive your desired items promptly, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and requesting a refund for the returned one.
Please note that we cannot reserve or guarantee the availability of products until your return has been received and processed.



Return Conditions

  • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

  • Original shoe boxes or branded containers are considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged.

  • Returns without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

  • When trying on items, please ensure they are not exposed to perfumes, sprays, creams, or chemicals, and that shoes are tested on a clean, soft surface.



Return Fees

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
This cost may vary depending on the package’s weight, size, and return location.



Important Notes

  • For international orders, shipping fees, gift wrapping, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • NINOS reserves the right to monitor and review the frequency and condition of returns or order cancellations made by any customer.

  • Repeated or abusive return behavior may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders at our discretion.
