We make every effort to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, while providing the lowest available flat shipping rates.

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or bad weather.
In all cases, we guarantee the fastest and most reliable delivery service with just one click.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by an SMS or phone call when your package is ready for shipment.


Working Hours

Our customer service center is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (except Fridays).
However, delivery times outside these hours can be arranged upon request.


Local Delivery (Greater Cairo)

Around 90% of all orders are delivered within 2 working days, unless the item is out of stock or the customer requests a specific delivery schedule.

Delivery Outside Greater Cairo

For deliveries outside Greater Cairo, shipping fees depend mainly on the order’s weight and destination.
Most shipments are delivered within 4 working days from the order confirmation date.
