بشكل عام ، يتم تسليم 90٪ من الطلبات في غضون يومين ما لم يكن العنصر غير متوفر وسيتم طلبه أو ما لم يطلب العميل غير ذلك.

تعتمد رسوم الشحن بشكل أساسي على وزن الطلب وسيتم استلامها في معظم الحالات في غضون 4 أيام من تقديم الطلب.

Working Hours

The call center is available from 10 am-7 pm. However, our delivery team can be available before 10 am or after 10 pm upon the client’s request.

Local delivery within Greater Cairo

Generally speaking 90% of the orders are delivered within 2 days unless the item is out of stock and will be ordered or unless the client requested otherwise.
